Beatrice Trautman

Beatrice Trautman lives in Morrison, Colorado. She received a B.A. in Design from UC Berkeley. She works in watercolor, oil, and acrylic, both abstract and representational. Her love of the Southwest and her travels throughout the world have influenced her paintings which uniquely capture her sense of patterns, texture, and color in her subject matter -- whether it be the grandeur of a canyon, birds sunning themselves on a rocky coast, or the busy street life of an Asian market. Her work is found in corporate and private collections, has been juried into various state and national exhibitions, won awards, and can be viewed here on her website.
